James and I worked together on a series of projects during his time at &Ranj. I found James to be a hard working, curious person. I enjoyed our frequent discussions about game design, as well as his ability to come up with clever ideas and working solutions time after time. James is also very interested in the technical aspects of game technology, making him the type of game designer that can easily move from abstract thinking to concrete doing. I enjoyed working with James, his personality can turn the most difficult days into an enjoyable experience.
